We stand behind every PoppyTrove™ order. Try a pack on your next night out—if the decals do not stay secure through hand-washing, don't suit your manicure, or aren't what you expected, reach out within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
- Message Us: Submit a quick request with your order number on our Contact Us page within 30 days of delivery.
- Same-Day Approval: Our customer care team responds within 24 hours with a prepaid return label or instant replacement confirmation.
- Fast Refund Processing: Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Hygiene & Opened Pack Policy
Customers who added the 30-Day Fit & Hold Guarantee at checkout are covered for a full refund even if you opened your first pouch to test a decal. For standard orders without the extended guarantee add-on, unopened resealable pouches may be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
