2. Important Consumer Screening Aid Disclaimer
Please Read Carefully Before Use: PoppyTrove™ Drink-Testing Nail Decals are consumer colorimetric screening indicators designed to react to specific detectable concentrations of GHB and amine-based compounds (such as ketamine) in standard beverages. They are NOT medical, diagnostic, laboratory, or forensic devices.
- They cannot detect excess alcohol (the most common form of drink tampering) or all possible sedatives, drugs, or adulterants.
- Certain beverages—including milk or cream-based liqueurs, highly acidic mixers, or dark/heavily dyed liquids—can interfere with colorimetric pads and produce inaccurate readings.
- A negative result does NOT guarantee that a beverage is safe to consume. Always keep your drink in sight, never accept unattended drinks, and if a drink tastes, looks, or makes you feel unusual, stop drinking immediately and seek assistance.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PoppyTrove™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, misuse, or inability to read any screening decal. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product.
